For the first time in the country and in Alborz province, by spending hundreds of hours of expert work, using legal capacities and negotiating with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, design services (fishing) were organized, and in this field, an important step towards protecting the rights of engineers. The designer has been removed.
In the following, Alireza Mojarabi Kermani, the head of Alborz Province Construction Engineering System Organization, pointed out the importance of urban development requirements and the lack of up-to-date projects that are the basis for widespread construction violations.
In addition to updating the detailed plans, violations of the detailed plans of the approved plans should be criminalized in the laws or the cost should be increased, so that construction violations are not economically beneficial for the builders.
