RoshanayRah-EN; Alborz province hosted the presence of Reza Murad Sahrai, the Minister of Education and the opening of the Niknam charity school, the opening of the Demirchi charitable schools, the opening of the distance system of primary education (nationally focused), the attendance at the New Teachers’ Conference, the attendance at the Education Council, the opening Farhangian clinic, meeting with the representative of the legal guardian of Alborz province and giving a speech in the national march in support of Gaza in Alborz province were among the objectives of the half-day trip of the Minister of Education to Alborz province.
Reza Murad Sahrai, the Minister of Education, discussed the challenges and capacities of the education system in the meeting of the Alborz Education Council, which was held in the Hall of Martyrs of Alborz Governorate.
Also referring to the lack of teachers in some schools in Alborz province, he said:
One of the reasons for this problem is the increase in the retirement of teachers, which has caused a shortage of human resources in schools.
The Minister of Education added:
During 2 stages, the recruitment of teachers as well as the use of Farhangian University graduates was done this year and we were able to recruit 75 thousand people.
And since some time ago, we are planning to recruit teachers next year.
