Karaj Northern Freeway Project, the second urban highway of Karaj

It was held at the workshop of this project with the presence of media members of Alborz province.

Azad Road next to the northern pass of Karaj, the second intra-urban highway of Karaj metropolis, is also one of the biggest urban projects of this city.

This highway starts from the continuation of the northern road of Alborz Martyrs at the intersection with the beginning of Chalus Road (Jhanbazan Blvd.) and ends at Khwarazmi Hesarak Street. And in the next year, it will be connected to Azad Rah Karaj-Qazvin.

This project under construction has 11 intersections and 19 bridges and is the second longest bridge in the country.

The first phase of this 5.17 km long project will be put into operation in the coming days with the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the contractor of this project is Azaran Construction Company.
